Amanda Li is an Asian American visual development artist and production designer based in Los Angeles. She has worked in the animation industry for almost a decade including on productions such as Samurai Jack, Tangled the Series, Kung Fu Panda Village and Uncle Grandpa. She is comfortable designing for both 2D and 3D environments. Prior to her transition to animation, she received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Pennsylvania State University and worked several years as an architect. In her free time she is actively engaged in creating art and pursuing her passions. She also enjoys a good cup of coffee and hiking with her dog Louis.
Amanda currently works as a location artist at Disney Television. Previous employment include Nickelodeon Animation Studios, Cartoon Network Studios, Dreamworks Television Animation and Sony Animation.
